Why an information portal, and why now
Anaerobic digestion is not new. What changed in the last decade is the amount of public documentation available on small, farm-scale systems suited to a herd of thirty rather than an industrial biogas plant.
The gap between technical papers and a farm kitchen table
Technical literature on anaerobic digestion is not scarce in Poland. Agricultural universities, extension services and EU-funded programmes have published sizing formulas, gas yield tables and subsidy frameworks for years. What was harder to find was a single, plain-language reading of that material aimed specifically at a livestock farm with thirty head of cattle, rather than a two-hundred-head industrial operation or a municipal waste plant.
Cezove Roveji started as an attempt to close that specific gap. It reads and summarises public documents rather than producing new research. Where documentation is genuinely unclear or varies by region, the site says so instead of guessing at a definitive answer.
How small-scale digestion moved onto the policy agenda in Poland
Agricultural universities and extension bodies begin publishing sizing and feedstock guidance for farm digesters aimed at livestock operations rather than industrial plants.
Rural development measures under the Common Agricultural Policy start listing renewable energy investments, including biogas, as an eligible category for co-financed farm modernisation.
ARiMR publishes clearer eligibility checklists and application windows, making it easier for smaller farms to understand what paperwork a subsidy request actually requires.
Farms that installed small systems begin to appear in agricultural press and public forums describing what maintenance and savings looked like once the novelty wore off.
Cezove Roveji is built to gather that scattered material into one structured, plain-language reference, without selling or installing anything.
Reading paperwork is different from filling it in
We do not complete ARiMR applications, submit forms, or act as an agent for any farm. We do not sell, install, service or broker biodigester equipment, and we are not a manufacturer's representative. What we offer is a structured reading of documents that are already public: programme guidance, technical bulletins and farm accounts that appear in agricultural press.
If a page on this site references a specific programme or measure, treat it as a summary and a starting point. The authoritative version always sits with the issuing body, ARiMR or the relevant ministry, and its current published documents take precedence over anything summarised here.
Curious what the site actually covers, section by section?
The services page lists each content track: sizing, subsidy documentation, monthly maintenance and reported farm outcomes.
