These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website cezove-roveji.info, operated by Cezove Roveji, Skwer Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego 5/34, Warszawa, Poland. By browsing this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the site.

A. Definitions

"The Portal" / "the Site": The website cezove-roveji.info and all pages, text, tables and images published on it.
"We", "us", "the operator": Cezove Roveji, the entity responsible for publishing and maintaining the Portal.
"Content": All text, tables, graphics, downloadable documents and other material made available through the Portal.
"Public sources": Documents, guidance and data published by government bodies, agencies such as ARiMR, EU institutions, academic and extension bodies, which are freely accessible to the public.
"User" / "visitor": Any person accessing or browsing the Portal.

B. Purpose and nature of the Portal

The Portal is an independent, informational resource explaining publicly available material on small-scale anaerobic digestion and biogas systems relevant to livestock farms in Poland. The Portal does not sell, manufacture, install, service, broker or finance biodigester equipment of any kind. Nothing on the Portal constitutes an offer to sell goods or services, an invitation to submit an application to any public authority, or a recommendation to pursue a specific investment.

C. No professional or personalised advice

Content published on the Portal is general and educational in nature. It does not constitute engineering, financial, legal, tax or agronomic advice tailored to any specific farm, herd or site. Any decision regarding investment in a biogas installation, or an application for public funding, should be based on the applicant's own review of current official documentation and, where appropriate, consultation with a qualified professional or the relevant public authority.

D. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care in summarising public sources but cannot guarantee that every figure, date or eligibility condition described on the Portal remains current, since programme rules and technical standards are updated periodically by the issuing bodies. Where a page references a specific institution's document, that institution's own published version takes precedence over any summary on this Portal.

E. Intellectual property

The layout, original text, graphic design and compiled tables on the Portal are protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych). Users may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of Portal content without prior written permission is not permitted.

F. Permitted use

Users agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Portal. Automated scraping of the entire site, attempts to interfere with its technical operation, or use of the contact form for unsolicited commercial messaging are not permitted.

G. Third-party links and references

The Portal may reference or link to external websites operated by public bodies such as ARiMR, ministries or EU institutions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of those external websites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement by those bodies of this Portal.

H. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Polish and EU law, Cezove Roveji shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on Content published on the Portal, including decisions relating to farm investment or subsidy applications. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law.

I. Changes to the Portal and these Terms

We may update Portal Content or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

J. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from use of the Portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence within the European Union.
